Danielle Soba

Danielle Soba is a project management professional who is passionate about equitable, community-centered development on a local, regional, and global level. Her work aims to reduce systemic barriers that prevent the most vulnerable from having a seat at the decision-making table. Driven by a commitment to equity and inclusion, Danielle's strengths lie in helping organisations within the social sector build their capacity to achieve their community and social impact mission. As an Associate for Good Insight, an antiracist executive search firm, she helps nonprofits assess their organisational capacity and connect with the leaders that will help guide the organization to its next stage. Danielle's experience includes work in advocacy, community organizing, youth mobilization, capacity building, civic engagement, education, and African development.
