• Drive internal collaboration by acting as the voice of the customer, escalating issues and working with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions
• Coordinate with Sales Relationship Managers to provide timely account information, identify renewal opportunities, and surface upsell and cross-sell possibilities
