• Manage permitting and regulatory approval processes, securing environmental, land use, and interconnection agreements on schedule
• Develop Power Purchase Agreements and offtake arrangements, structuring and negotiating long-term revenue streams to ensure project investment readiness
• Foster stakeholder engagement with communities, utilities, and regulators, building trust and resolving issues proactively to advance project progress without major disputes
