Project Execution Manager

• Execute solar hybrid projects (400 kW – 10 MWp) through full lifecycle delivery, from late development through engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover
• Lead project execution across engineering, procurement, and construction phases to deliver key milestones on time and within budget
• Manage EPC contracts, liquidated damages, warranties, and variation control whilst driving contractor performance against cost, schedule, and quality objectives
• Oversee integration of EMS controllers, gensets, PV, and BESS systems, and approve all engineering designs including SLDs, electrical, civil, and mechanical drawings
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, DISCOs, OEMs, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance, whilst managing provisional acceptance, handover, and final acceptance activities
