• Support programme operations and implementation across Amref Health Africa's Country office and TeleDoctor Zambia, reporting to the Partnerships Lead and Project Manager
• Lead coordination of project planning, work plans and implementation of assigned activities across all operational levels
• Develop and strengthen partnerships by engaging with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, labs, corporates and NGOs through field visits and stakeholder meetings
• Deliver monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities including monthly and quarterly project reviews, progress documentation and data entry for internal and external stakeholders
• Drive patient support and platform engagement by managing appointment scheduling, virtual consultations, healthcare provider onboarding and first-line support via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media
