HIV Clinical Services Officer

• Support the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive HIV care and treatment services aligned with national guidelines and PEPFAR priorities, strengthening the treatment cascade towards the 95-95-95 epidemic control goals
• Lead the implementation of the clinical cascade from HIV case identification through to viral suppression, ensuring effective linkage, adherence counselling, and retention across all service touchpoints
• Facilitate integration of Advanced HIV Disease services, CD4 testing, and screening for hypertension, diabetes, hepatitis, and mental health into comprehensive HIV care programmes
• Coordinate with Facility and Community HIV Case Identification Officers, peer navigators, and Retention Officers to ensure timely enrolment, follow-up, and re-engagement of clients with treatment interruption
• Drive community engagement through health workers and expert clients, whilst supporting linkage to economic strengthening and life-skills initiatives for people living with HIV
