• Support the SUPREME Lifelines project — a multi-million dollar initiative across Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Senegal and Ghana — to accelerate adoption of essential tools for preventing and managing pre-eclampsia and maternal anaemia in resource-limited settings
• Lead technical and operational coordination of project activities across your assigned district (Thies or Sédhiou), working as Amref Health Africa's principal focal point at district level
• Manage collaborative relationships with District Management Teams, health facilities, community organisations, administrative authorities and implementation partners to ensure effective project delivery
• Coordinate demand-creation, community engagement and health system strengthening interventions that improve uptake of antenatal care and prevention, screening and management of pre-eclampsia and maternal anaemia
• Drive activity monitoring and reporting to track progress towards improved maternal and neonatal health outcomes in your district
