• Provide technical expertise and quality assurance to Red Cross Red Crescent National Societies delivering community-based Mental Health and Psychosocial Support interventions in humanitarian settings across Africa, MENA, Europe and Asia
• Lead the development and rollout of DRC's strategic directions, policies, and technical frameworks for evidence-based MHPSS practice in humanitarian contexts
• Deliver evidence-based guidance and technical support to DRC Country Offices and National Societies implementing MHPSS programmes
• Build capacity amongst DRC-supported operations through mentoring, training, and quality assurance mechanisms
• Foster collaboration across DRC headquarters, regional and country offices, and external partners including IFRC and ICRC to strengthen MHPSS interventions
