Project Coordinator

• Oversee and lead implementation of a Coca-Cola Foundation-funded project enhancing circularity in Uganda's plastic value chain whilst integrating marginalised waste collectors into formal systems and creating decent livelihoods for refugees and host communities
• Lead field-level coordination with Ecoplastile and local stakeholders across Kampala and Southwestern regions to ensure comprehensive project planning, implementation, monitoring and adaptation
• Manage technical delivery of all project activities in Uganda, ensuring implementation meets contractual objectives, exceeds agreed targets and maintains full accountability to DRC
• Coordinate with Kenya team and DRC offices in Kampala and Southwest to design and deliver environmental and livelihoods initiatives strengthening community resilience
• Foster collaborative partnerships with implementing teams and stakeholders to advance dignified work, fair pricing and system-level economic advancement across the plastic value chain
