• Shape how ARCH measures progress, learns, and grows by building practical monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems that turn evidence into stronger programmes and partnerships across African-Danish cultural cooperation
• Develop and implement ARCH's MEL framework, monitoring tools, reporting templates, and data collection systems, continuously refining them to meet evolving programme needs
• Manage quantitative and qualitative data across the grant portfolio, ensuring systematic capture of youth engagement, gender equality, inclusion, cultural diversity, and human rights-based approaches
• Coordinate with Secretariat colleagues, Local Liaison Officers, partners, and grantees to make MEL useful and accessible for organisations with varying levels of experience
• Deliver quality assurance of partner and grantee reporting, strengthen data quality and evidence collection, and maintain organised, audit-ready MEL records
