• Establish and operate a Medical Evacuation Referral Unit (MERU) to provide stabilisation, referral and medical evacuation coordination services for the humanitarian community in North Darfur, Sudan
• Lead the implementation and day-to-day management of the MERU facility and associated ambulance services
• Coordinate national and international medical evacuations whilst managing multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Develop and strengthen referral pathways across the humanitarian response in close collaboration with UN partners, health actors and referral facilities
