• Support the effective implementation of MSI's Safeguarding work and Code of Conduct across Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, DRC and Madagascar
• Design and deliver behaviour change programmes that promote in-depth understanding of expected conduct standards amongst team members
• Foster a supportive organisational culture that actively values team member feedback and responds promptly to safeguarding concerns
• Develop and facilitate training on Core Policies including Safeguarding, Code of Conduct, Anti-Fraud and Bribery, Data Privacy and Due Diligence
• Monitor safeguarding implementation across all programme countries and produce regular compliance reporting
