Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer

• Build and manage practical monitoring, evaluation and learning systems for ARCH, ensuring results and lessons are captured, understood, and used to improve the cultural cooperation programme across Denmark and fourteen African countries
• Develop, implement and continuously improve ARCH's MEL framework, monitoring tools, reporting templates and data collection systems to track progress against programme outcomes and targets
• Maintain, verify, consolidate and analyse quantitative and qualitative data across the grant portfolio, ensuring data quality is audit-ready and evidence collection is strengthened
• Ensure that youth engagement, gender equality, inclusion, cultural diversity and human rights-based approaches are captured systematically throughout all monitoring and evaluation processes
• Coordinate with Secretariat colleagues, Local Liaison Officers, partners and grantees across the ARCH portfolio to make MEL accessible and useful for organisations with different levels of experience
