• Provide comprehensive office security services including guarding duties, access control, visitor registration, and parcel/vehicle searches at Terre des hommes Kenya premises
• Manage security operations across three guards (one day shift, two night shifts) with strict adherence to shift assignments and adequate rest periods
• Deliver ongoing training in basic security management and refresher courses to all deployed guards at your own expense
• Coordinate with Tdh-Kenya management to advise on safety and security risk reduction measures and implement protective protocols
• Ensure all guards are uniformed, English and Kiswahili-conversant, physically fit, disciplined and punctual, meeting the highest standards of integrity and competence
