• Deliver frequent field missions to monitor construction quality and project implementation across Chad, Mali, Bénin, and Togo, whilst building strong partnerships with local authorities and relay teams
• Coordinate with municipalities and project stakeholders to identify infrastructure needs, develop specifications and bills of quantities, provide training and technical support, and ensure handover of completed works to beneficiary communities
