Repeated and severe funding shortfalls have forced life-saving assistance - including food, water, shelter, health care and protection - to be scaled back even as needs continue to rise. NRC operates in Chad to respond to the Sudan refugee crisis and other displacement needs, delivering programming across shelter, education, protection, food security and livelihoods, WASH and other sectors, and continues to expand its presence to reach more of the affected population.
