• Design and deliver farmer surveys, qualitative research studies, and sampling strategies that combine traditional MEL methods with analysis of digital product data
• Lead experimentation with innovative data collection approaches including voice-based methods, AI-enabled MEL, and alternative survey formats, whilst critically assessing their strengths, limitations, and ethical implications
• Develop linkages between self-reported farmer outcomes and FarmerChat backend data to identify patterns of adoption, engagement, and impact across target markets
• Coordinate closely with Kenya programme teams, product, user insights, technology and external research partners to translate findings into actionable learning and programme improvements
