MiracleFeet

Program Grants Officer

📍 ZA, South Africa 🏷 Governance & Public Policy 🗓 Posted 24 Jun 2026
  • MiracleFeet is a global nonprofit working to eliminate one of the leading causes of physical disability worldwide. Over two million children live with the severe consequences of untreated clubfoot, and at least 175,000 more babies are born with this condition every year. Thanks to a non-surgical solution called the Ponseti method, 95 percent of cases can be fully treated for less than $500. Since 2010, MiracleFeet’s proven, scalable model is supported by a suite of custom measurement and evaluation tools developed with our partners. To date, MiracleFeet has delivered quality clubfoot treatment to more than 121,000 children in 526 clinics in 39 countries across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa. We invite you to learn more about our unique model and our impact here.  Still, today fewer than one in five children has access to treatment.
  • Join our movement to work toward a world where all children born with clubfoot realize their rights to quality treatment. We are in it to end it! Our global team is made up of health professionals, social entrepreneurs, project managers, data nerds, innovators, and activists. In accordance with our values, we strive to create a collaborative, collegial, and respectful environment to ensure all staff feel valued, included, and appreciated. In all facets of our work, we celebrate creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • The Program Grants Officer (PGO) will play a key role in the financial and operational management of the grants MiracleFeet awards to its partners ($5.2M and growing).  Working alongside the Program Grants Manager, other PGOs, programs and finance team, this person will ensure financial excellence across MiracleFeet’s French-speaking partners. This position provides hands-on management of MiracleFeet’s partner grants portfolio, guiding partners through the grant lifecycle and assisting programs staff in helping partners achieve successful clubfoot program implementation. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-oriented, and eager to contribute their suggestions and ideas to an organization that constantly seeks to improve.
